The capital of Georgia, Tbilisi, will host the third International
Kavkaz Jazz Festival from June 6-9, Georgia Online reports. The
festival will feature jazz bands from Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and
Austria.
The festival is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Monument
Protection of Georgia and Tbilisi City Hall.
This will be the third time that the International Kavkaz Jazz Festival will be held.
The first festival was organized in May 2010 with the support of the
US embassy in the South Caucasus.
The festival will open with a photo exhibition in the Goethe
Institute entitled "German Jazz" on June 6.
