Festival of festive and ritual dishes to take place in Armenia

The traditional festival of festive and ritual dishes "Bread in the
Mountains" will be held on Tuesday near the Yerevan museum "Erebuni",
the chairman of the NGO "Development and Preservation of Culinary
traditions of Armenia" Sedrak Mamoulian told News-Armenia on
Monday. The aim of the festival, which will be held for the fourth
time, is the preservation and propaganda of Armenian culinary
traditions.

The festival will be held under the slogan "Know your identity through taste".
The festival will present not only traditional Armenian dishes but
also dishes of national minorities living in Armenia, in particular of
Ukrainians and Greeks.
