The education ministries of Azerbaijan and China have signed a cooperation deal for 2012-2015, 1news.az reports.
The signatories were Azerbaijani Minister for Education Misir Mardanov and Chinese Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hun Zuing.
Azerbaijan has 31 students in China: 26 are going for bachelor degrees, 4 for master’s and 1 for a PhD.
Azerbaijan has 207 Chinese students: 155 at the Azerbaijani State Oil Academy, 25 at Baku Slav University and 7 at Baku State University.
