An Armenian representative office is planned to open in the Silicon
Valley in autumn 2010, the executive director of Synopsys Armenia Ovik
Musayelyan said. He said that Armenia was planning to open it last
year, but the opening was postponed due to technical reasons, reports
panarmenian.net.
Opening the office will allow Armenia to be closer to the
scientific-educational sector of the USA. The office will represent
the interests of Armenian companies. It will help realize Armenian
IT-products and services in Silicon Valley and provide Armenia with
contacts in the world’s all-powerful IT-center.
