Yerevan to blow up the old circus building

Blasting operations to dismantle the old building in Yerevan circus
will be held on Saturday, Novosti Armenia reports referring to the
press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia. "The
work will be carried out by a specialized group of sappers and
detonators of Armenian Ministry of Emergency," said the statement.

For security reasons, from 15:30 to 16:30 the traffice will be
temporarily stopped on the streets adjacent to the building of the
circus.

In March 2011, Yerevan Municipality and the group of companies
"Tashir" signed an agreement on long-term cooperation, according to
which the center of the capital will be rebuilt and modernized
Overall, the program provides for the creation of 600 jobs.
