65 young musicians from Armenia and Turkey are going to perform a concert together, where the works of Armenian and Turkish composers will be played, 1news.az reports.
The performance will take place in Istanbul on July 16th in the Jamal Rashid Rej concert-hall. The rehearsals of the Armenian-Turkish orchestra will begin on July 5th.
The concert is being held as a part of a program dedicated to showing Istanbul to be a cultural capital of Europe. A similar concert is intended to be performed in Yerevan.
