The Azerbaijani Union of Artists will have the second Kaspiy Biennale in September 2013, attended by Caspian and other states, chairman of the union Farhad Halilov said on Monday, Trend reports.
Artists’ works will be presented at a ship cruising in the Caspian.
Baku held the first biennale in 1989.
