Azerbaijan to enhance cultural ties with Latvia

Azerbaijan and Latvia have signed an agreement aimed at enhancing cooperation in the sphere of culture, Trend reports.

The document has been signed in the framework of the Azerbaijani minister of culture's visit to Latvia.

During his visit Abulfas Garayev met with his Latvian counterpart Zaneta Jaunzeme-Grende.
