Tbilisi is hosting the 3rd CIS Cinema Festival organized by the International Art and Cultural Dialogue Foundation (Tbilisi), Kinopress (MOscow), Russian Culture Ministry and the CIS International Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation.
30 films will be demonstrated by Russian, Azerbaijani, Belarusian, Kyrgyz, Tajik, Turkmen and Georgian film makers.
