Dmitry Serenko, commander of the PCh-12 fire station in Budennovsk, became the best fire-fighter of the North Caucasian Federal District in 2012, Stavropoliye reports.
Serenko was serving at the fire station for 7 years, starting right after leaving the Armed Forces.
