Two Iranian photography artists Farzaneh Radmehr and Saeed Rezvanian have garnered top prizes of the 2012 New Images Photography Awards in San Francisco, Press TV reports.
Farzaneh Radmehr picked up Gold Medal Award as the first prize of the contest for her work titled Flying Down, ISNA has reported.
The second prize of the contest Silver Medal Award went to Saeed Rezvanian for his untitled photo.
A number of photographers from 34 countries competed for the top awards as well as USD 6,000 prize of the American contest.
