Academy Award-winning Iranian moviemaker Asghar Farhadi’s latest work The Past is expected to be screened in the French movie theaters, Iranian state-run broadcaster Press TV reports.
The movie which is Farhadi’s 6th work as a director is scheduled to appear on French screens from May, 2013.
Depicting the story of an Iranian girl and a boy of North African origin, the film was shot in the French capital, Paris.
The movie is currently passing its last phase of production, which started on October 8, 2012.
Farhadi’s The Past has been named among the top 100 most anticipated films of 2013.
