The Russian Ministry for Education and Science has published requirements for knowledge of the Russian language for labour migrants, the ministry’s website reports.
Foreign workers should know at least 850 Russian words, have reading skills, perceive information from dialogues and make logical sentences.
The document says that education centers to test migrants need at least 10 years of experience in the field and have an electronic database.
