On Tuesday the Baku State University and the University of Ankara signed a cooperation agreement and a protocol of intentions in the framework of the Mevlana exchange programme, Trend reports.
Chancellor of the Baku State University Abel Maharramov noted that both documents will contribute to the development of relations between the universities.
According to him, the Baku State University cooperates with a number of Turkish universities and has implemented student exchange programmes for many years.
