The Azerbaijani Institute of Linguistics of the National Academy of Sciences will develop new grammar rules for the national language, director of the institute Fahreddin Veyselli said.
The institute will develop the new theory for the grammar. It will be based on the classic form of the language and its literature and its colloquial form.
