Azerbaijan will build a monument of Duke Vladimir at the Astrakhan center and beautify the territory around it in September 2013 to mark the city’s 455th anniversary, Astrakhan.FM reports.
A nursery will be organized at the Astrakhan school N11 named after Heydar Aliyev. Astrakhan will build a friendship memorial in Baku in 2013.
