Algeria hosts Iranian Film Week

An Iranian Film Week has been held in Algeria in order to present Persian culture and cinema to the African country's public, Press TV reports.

Prominent Iranian film directors Seyyed Reza Mirkarimi and Kamal Tabrizi together with several Algerian officials attended the opening ceremony of the event. 

Selected by the Algerian Ministry of Culture, a number of Iranian films were screened during the event.
