A basin on planet Mercury has been named after Georgian poet Shota Rustaveli (1171-1216), NASA reports.
“The Knight in the Panther’s Skin” is one of the most notable works of the poet. The highest award a Georgian artist or writer can get is also named after Shota Rustaveli.
