French court orders that Azerbaijani painter be buried in Paris

A French court has ordered that the late Azerbaijani painter Togrul Narimanbekov be buried in Paris, according to the will of his spouse Sevil Narimanbekova.

The artist's daughter, Esmer, says she will appeal against the court's decision. She says her father should be buried in Azerbaijan and in accordance with Muslim traditions.
