Azerbaijanis in Russia pass exams to enter Russian universities

 

Azerbaijanis recently passed exams to enter Russian universities in Moscow yesterday. The exams were organized by the All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress and the Azerbaijani State Commission for Admission of Students, 1news reports.

Officials of the congress and commission, Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the World Public Foundation of N.K. Baybakov and parents of the students had a meeting before the start of exams.

Executive Director of the congress Ilgar Gajiyev noted that the exams were organized for the tenth time. He thanked Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for support.

Humar Aliyev, deputy head of the committee for education and humanitarian affairs of the congress, noted that the Heydar Aliyev Foundation was supporting the exams.

Tamilla Ahmedova of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation emphasized that universities were an important step in the life of every man. She expressed hope that students would not forget their origins and respected traditions.
