In Batumi on August 23, a concert attended by stars of the opera world will be held as part of the world-famous project "Duel of tenors and baritones."
The event, organized by the International Foundation "Talents of the World" with support of the Municipality of Batumi and the Adjara Ministry of Culture, will be held in Batumi Opera House.
"This concert is the opening of the international opera festival, which from now on will be held annually in Georgia," "Georgia-News" quotes the president of the International Foundation "Talents of the world," David Gvinianidze.
It will be attended by the Metropoliten Opera singer Alejandro Olmedo, lead singer of Teatro Colón (Argentina) and the Bolshoi Theatre George Ennaris, soloist of Covent Garden and the Bolshoi Theatre Andrei Breus, soloist of the Moscow Academic Musical Theater of Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Arsene Sogomonyan, and soloist of the Batumi State Music Center, Opéra National de Bordeaux and L'Opéra de Marseille, Irakli Kakhidze.
