Qatar's Doha film institute is going to commemorate internationally acclaimed Iranian film director Abbas Kiarostami during celebrating his cinematic masterpieces, Iranian state news agency Press TV reports.
Some 14 short screen creation and feature length films selected from among Kiarostami’s directorial works are set to be screened at the ceremony.
Kiarostami’s Taste of Cherry, Certified Copy, The Wind Will Carry Us, And Life goes On…, Through the Olive Trees, and Where is the Friend’s Home, are among the films that will be presented during the event.
