Yelena Logunova from Krasnodar won a medal and a diploma of the Literary Vienna Festival for her Gagarin book, Interfax reports.
The story describes modern Kuban, a region that will host the Sochi Olympic Games in 2014, local residents and their devotion to helping others. The book was one of the 100 literature works the judges considered.
