Richard Sorge monument opens in Izhevsk

A monument for Richard Sorge, a legendary spy, was opened at school N63 named after the man in Izhevsk (Udmurtia) to mark the 68th anniversary of the end of WWI, Interfax reports.

The monument was designed and sculpted by Pavel Medvedev.

Moscow, Novosibirsk and Baku have their own Richar Sorge monuments.
