Kabardino-Balkaria will host the Dances Over Elbrus International Folk Festival on October 21-26, Interfax-South reports.
India, the Philippines, Croatia, Turkey, France and Argentina are taking part in the festival. The framework of the festival includes concerts, presentations of national costumes and meetings between guests and local residents.
