The expert believes that the halting of cultural propaganda is the main loss the country has experienced since the collapse of the Soviet Union.
He noted that everyone knew about high migration flows from Central Asia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ukraine, Moldova, but few people knew about the writers, modern poets of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
Khomeriki proposed more practical steps of teachings about the basics of culture and religion to improve mutual understanding of peoples. He proposed establishment of the University of Interethnic Cultures to train national elites. The official believes that as soon as Russia starts training national elites, the country will have better migrants.
