Russian cultural center to open in center of Paris

France has permitted construction of a Russian Orthodox cultural center at Quai Branly in the center of Paris, ITAR-TASS reports.The construction will start in mid-2014. The center will be situated near to the Eiffel Tower. It will have an area of 4,200 square meters. The center will have a church, seminary, library, room for meetings of the Russian community and residents of Paris and a bilingual Russian-French school. The territory used to belong to Meteo France.
