International festivals dedicated to outstanding composer Mstislav Rostropovich are to be held in Moscow, Baku and Orenburg next spring, the Mstislav Rostropovich Foundation reports. The Moscow festival is scheduled for March 27, the one in Baku for May 12-19, the one in Orenburg for April 23-27.
