The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) has opened a new international education complex, SOCAR Vice President Khalik Mamedov has announced, 1news.az reports.
The complex includes the Caucasus University and private Turkish education centers. The complex consists of a total of 11 Turkish schools with curriculum classes and 13 with Araz courses.
