Kandinsky's paintings to "come alive" at the Paralympics closing ceremony

One of the parts of the closing ceremony of the the Paralympic Games in Sochi will be a dance performance based on "reviving" the paintings of the Russian artist Wassily Kandinsky.

 

"The projection of abstract lines and colorful strokes reflecting color theory will be "brought alive" by 462 dancers in bright costumes", says the press service of the Organizing Committee Sochi-2014.

 

The closing ceremony will be held on March 16.
