Kabardino-Balkaria is marking the Day of Rebirth of Balkarian People and Restoration of the United Kabardino-Balkarian Republic today.
Deputy Prime Minister of Kabardino-Balkaria Ruslan Firov congratulated pupils, students, education workers, culture figures and athletes gathering to celebrate the day. He read out a message from Kabardino-Balkarian acting head Yuri Kokov.
