It was placed outside 11/13 Trekhprudnyi Lane, where the composer lived and worked.The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the federal and Moscow authorities and of the Azerbaijani Embassy in the Russian Federation, as well as people working in the field of art, culture and media.
