Tatarstan will host the Ingush Culture Festival on December 9-10. Culture Ministers Maaret Gazdiyeva (Ingushetia) and Ayrat Sibagatullin (Tatarstan) will sign a cooperation agreement at the festival.
The festival will be organized at the Kazan Drama Theater. A film “Culture of Ingushetia” will be demonstrated. The Ingushetia State Folk Dance Ensemble will perform at the festival concert. Performances will be made by people’s artists Ahmed Lyanov, Zara Bazorkina, Russlan Kushtov, honorary artist of Ingushetia and Karachay-Cherkessia Alaudin Esmurziyev, winners of international contests Ragda Khaniyeva and Khava Yandiyeva.
The Ingush diaspora will have meetings. The “Ingushetia: History and Modernity” exhibition will open at the Tatarstan National Library. An art exhibition, a fair and a carpet-making master class attended by Roza Tangiyeva, a notable carpet-maker of Ingushetia will be organized.
