Khloponin to launch Caucasus TV

Plenipotentiary Envoy of the President to the North Caucasian Federal District, Alexander Khloponin, announced his intention to fulfil the joint project of the North Caucasian Federal office and the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, aimed at creating a federal North Caucasus TV channel, RIA Novosti reports. The channel will broadcast not only in the North Caucasian Federal District, but in all regions of the Russian Federation.
