From the 2nd to the 11th of January, Moscow museums will be open for free. According to the Moscow Department of Culture, more than 80 museums, exhibition halls, estates and memorial apartments of Moscow will be open for free access.
Museums expect a big inflow of guests and have prepared entertaining programmes: workshops, excursions, unusual installations. Guests can visit such museums as the architectural complex “Proviantskie Sklady,” the Museum of Moscow Archeology, the estate of the Golitsyn princes, the Museum of the Russian Harmonica, and so on.
