Honored Artist of Armenia ans laureate of international singing contests, the singer Eduard Baghdasaryan, has died at the age of 87. A memorial service will be held tomorrow at the Church of St. Mary the Virgin in Yerevan.
Since 1954 Baghdarasyan has been one of the leading soloists of the Armenian Spendaryan National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet. He gave a great number of concerts in the USSR and abroad.
