Vyacheslav Telnov, the director of the cinematography department of the Russian Culture Ministry, said that the ministry prepared an intergovernmental agreement for China to cooperate in cinematography. The document is yet to be approved by the Russian Foreign Ministry, Ministry for Finances and the Ministry for Economic Development, TASS reports.The sides will intensify demonstration of each other’s films, cooperate in television development, take part in cinema festivals together, exchange materials of film archives.
