The war veterans of the North Caucasian Federal District will be able to access communications free of charge. On the eve of Victory Day all the participants and disabled of the Great Patriotic War in each region of the North Caucasus will be able to send telegrams in Russia and neighboring countries and also call back free of charge.
These special conditions are provided in all post offices of the North Caucasus Federal District by the Post Office of Russia and the largest telecommunications company, starting from the 25th of April till the 10th of May in the context of the joint events dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Victory, the site North Caucasus reports.
