Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has approved an agreement with Armenia on the conditions of functioning of the Russian-Armenian University in Yerevan, the Russian cabinet of ministers said.
Moscow expects that the signing of the agreement will contribute to the deepening of relations between the two countries in the humanitarian field, further development of export of Russian educational services, and will strengthen the position of the Russian language in Armenia, TASS reports.
