The Southern Federal University will open an inter-disciplinary
student laboratory named 'Nanodesign: physics, chemistry, computer
modelling' on October 28.
The university's press-service reported that approximately 800,000
rubles from the fund of purpose capital were spent to create the
laboratory.
The university said that the laboratory will give students
opportunities to have science research, receive payments in form of
grants and be published in science journals.
RIA Novosti reports that the laboratory will be supervised by the head
of REC 'Nano-scale substance structure' Professor Alexander Soldatov.
