The 5th International Competition of Singers organized by the Ministryof Culture and Tourism together with the Bulbul foundation begins on November 16 in Baku.
Winners will receive diplomas and cash prizes amounting to $10000 for the Grand-Prix, $5000 for the 1st place, $3000 for the 2nd place,$2000 for the 3rd place and $1000 for the 4th place.
Special prizes will also be awarded to the best tenor, best performer of a song from Bulbul's repertory and to the best accompanist.
