The Russian Presidential Envoy in the North Caucasus Federal District, Vice-Premier Aleksandr Khloponin, has congratulated Muslim residents of the district on the occasion of Kurban Bairam.
“I am sincerely convinced that we can build a prosperous Caucasus together only on a strong spiritual foundation. Piety and commitment to creative work, inherent to the followers of Islam, make the Muslim Ummah a reliable and strong ally of the government,” Khloponin said in his address.
