According to the Head of Armenian Public Television, Diane Mnatsakanyan, the decision about whether Armenia will hold Junior Eurovision next year should be known before December 31, NEWS.am reports.
The representative of Armenia, 12-year-old Vladimir Arzumanyan, won International Junior Eurovision–2010, held on November 20 in Minsk.
