People's Artist of Azerbaijan Polad Bul-Bul oglu was awarded with the national peace and progress prize by the president of Kazakhstan.
Polad Bul-Bul oglu is a famous Soviet and Azerbaijani singer, composer and actor. He is currently the ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia.
He was rewarded for strengthening friendship and mutual trust between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.
