The 'First Caucasus' channel will be launched in January, under a
different name. The head of the PR service of the channel, Inga
Nikagosoyan, said that the channel will be called 'First information
Caucasus', FIC for short, Georgia Online reports.
It will be broadcast from 18.00 to 24.00 daily.
The channel will have talk-shows, and polling. It will have
information agencies in Caucasian countries, Russia, USA, Iran, Turkey
and other countries. The broadcasting will be in Russian using a
satellite.
After reorganization the channel moved to the office of 'Mze' TV
channel but will use its own technical basis.
The channel is owned by Degston Limited and Industrial Group of Georgia.
The 'First Caucasus' stopped broadcasting in summer 2010 due to reorganization.
