Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said that many Chechen singers sing
songs that do not meet standards of the national mentality in their
striving for money. He also spoke out against using pre-recorded tapes
at concerts, RIA Novosti reports.
Kadyrov says that using tapes means tricking people, who come for live singing.
He proposed the establishment of an expert council at the Ministry of
Culture to analyse the creativity and works of authors and singers.
