Azerbaijani Kredobank increases its capital by $6.3 million

The State Committee for Securities has registered the prospective
issue of ordinary registered documentary shares of "Kredobank" to the
amount of five million manats, according to a Baku Stock Exchange
report issued on Monday. The nominal value of each share amounts to
10,000 manats, Trend reports.

The bank was established in 1994 under the name of Commercial Bank
"Anar". The bank has 14 branches, six of them in Baku, the rest in the
towns of Ganja, Guba, Masalli, Goychay, Ismayilli, Fizuli, Imishli and
Khachmaz. The Bank also operates 20 currency exchange points.
