Uzbek nationals are sending the biggest amount of money abroad from
Russia, amounting to $5 billion annually. Ukrainians hold second place
and Tajiks come in third, Business Georgia reports.
In comparison, the annual budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan is
approximately $ 1.5 billion, i.e. more than 3 times less than the
income of Uzbek migrant workers in Russia.
Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Belarus and
Turkmenistan followed in terms of volumes of money transfer from
Russia.
