Georgia has seen an increase in prices for sugar, Business-Georgia reports.
According to the general director of the Agarsky Sugar company, Alkhan
Alizadeh, the increase in prices on sugar in Georgia is due to an
increase in prices in the international market.
He said Georgia will not see a sugar shortage and raw sugar will be
imported if necessary. There is enough sugar in Georgia for the next
5-6 months, the company stated.
