A protocol on cooperation in exploration and research of mineral resources is due to be signed, following a meeting of the Azerbaijani-Turkish intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation, the Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Taner Yildiz, is quoted by Trend.
The Minister said that bilateral relations in the fields of energy, industry and commerce will be discussed at the committee meeting in Baku today.
During his visit, Yildiz has meetings scheduled with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Deputy Prime Minister Abid Sharifov. Taner Yildiz and Abid Sharifov are co-chairmen of the Azerbaijani-Turkish intergovernmental commission.
